Home Glow (homzidecor.com) is free to read, and we intend to keep it that way. Part of how we cover the cost of researching, writing and photographing what we publish is through affiliate links. This page explains exactly what that means, in plain language.
Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission. You never pay more because of it — the price is identical whether you use our link or go to the retailer directly.

Nothing. The commission is paid by the retailer out of their margin, not added to your bill. If you would rather not use our links, you are welcome to search for the product yourself — the advice in our articles is exactly the same either way.
We write the article first and look for products second. A product is only recommended when it genuinely solves the problem the article is about.
When we suggest something, we tell you what to look for before buying — the specifications, capacities and measurements that actually matter — so you can make a good decision even if you buy a different brand or shop somewhere else entirely. We also tell you the drawbacks. Every recommendation on this site includes at least one honest reason it might not suit you.
Commission rates play no part in which products we choose. We are not paid by any manufacturer or brand to feature their products, and no brand has editorial input into what we publish.
Any article containing affiliate links carries a disclosure near the top of the page, before you reach the first link. We do not hide it in a footer or bury it at the end.

We take care to keep our recommendations current, but products are discontinued, redesigned and repriced without notice. Always check the specifications, dimensions and current price on the retailer’s own page before you buy. Purchases you make from a third-party retailer are governed by that retailer’s terms, returns policy and customer service — not ours.
